For our export team in Wondelgem, we are looking for a customer service representative. You will mainly be responsible for the complete handling of an export shipment. To achieve this, you will inform all parties involved with the right information. You offer the necessary sales support to the export managers.
What will be expected of you?
Your enthusiasm is bursting with energy! You are administratively very strong, preparing export documents and certificates, maintaining contracts, interpreting and applying incoterms.... and this in combination with a natural commercial flair. As an administrative assistant in the back office, you are very fluent and you get a “YES feeling” when you have correctly processed the export shipment.
Satisfying customers is your number one priority, just like a very accurate administration and follow-up. You are a real teamworker, willing to jump in for colleagues when needed.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English. Mastering these languages is seen as a valuable addition to the job.
