As internal sales assistant, you will provide good administrative support to the sales team.

Below is a summary of your duties:

  • You can quickly answer the questions of both account managers and customers directly

  • You are responsible for order follow-up and follow up orders and deliveries for new shops, new insertions, etc.

  • You manage price lists and special promotions

  • Handling complaints

  • You draw up the sales figures and communicate them to the customer and (Key) Account Manager

  • Managing customer contracts

What will be expected from you?

The enthusiasm is bursting forth! You are administratively very strong, processing figures, making calculations, solving analytical issues.... and this combined with a natural commercial flair. As an administrative assistant in the back office, you are very fluent and you get a "YES feeling" when you have processed the sale correctly. Satisfying customers is your number one priority, as is accurate administration and follow-up. You are a real teamworker , willing to jump in for colleagues when needed.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills in German, French and English. Mastering these languages is considered a valuable addition to the job.
